Dollar suffered a sharp decline today ending the week with negative performance against major currencies. GBP/USD reached today a 5-month high at 1.5234. The pair rose today 1.38% with strong gains during the American session. The weekly closed is the highest since November 2008. br /br / Against the Swiss Franc the dollar also collapsed. USD/CHF ended at the lowest price since January 5. And the weekly closed is the lowest for 2009. The pair lost today 2.30% on a day that stocks in Wall Street rose after non-farm payrolls report showed a decline in the rate of job losses.
